Hello,

Because in Mplayer Media player Forum I don't see an reply, I like to repeat my question here.

With the following command I can see TV-streams very well, but I don't have any sound but the output text doesn't show any error, but I can't hear any sound.

[gastonv@d51520994 ~]$ mplayer -vo x11 tv://17 -tv driver=v4l2:fps=25:outfmt=i420:mjpeg:decimation=1:quality=0:input=0:alsa:amode=1:audiorate=32000:forceaudio:adevice=hw.$DEV:volume=100:immediatemode=0

My TV-card Sound-output is connected with the Sound-input from my soundcard.
With other mplayer applications the sound is correct.

My cards:
[gastonv@d51520994 ~]$ cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [AudioPCI ]: ENS1371 - Ensoniq AudioPCI
Ensoniq AudioPCI ENS1371 at 0xec00, irq 17

2 [SAA7134 ]: SAA7134 - SAA7134
saa7134[0] at 0xdffffc00 irq 18

The second card will not be used.

Perhaps I have to configure something more or others?

Many thanks in advance for any help.
Kind regards,
Gaston Verhulst.
