Topic - filter for embedded subtitles

Topic Starter blacklotus - Posted on Tuesday, January 15 2008 02:48:15 PM: Hi just wanna ask if there is a filter that can scan a part of the screen for text and "delogo" it.
So the bottom had the white subtitle and the filter scans this part and white lines will be "deleted"
