Topic - Playing transparent video on win32

I want to make playing video in mplayer in transparent mode. By changing somthing like alpha values of mplayer window.
For this i guess "mplayer.exe -alpha ex.avi" command is exists, but it is not working. I read whole manual but no of use...
Please help me..
