Hello,
PLEASE ALL FPATH/FPLAYER SUPPORTERS STOP ALL ATTACKS AND SLANDER OF OTHER SITES THANKS.

First I would like to address some things that have been posted by mplayerlivve.com and the false post about Fpath buying Livve.

"Fpath did not buy Livve's contract"

Fpath.com offers you the regular user to be able to start a custom community with a custom skin and logo to house friends or business ideas. The software was made affordable to all of you so that you could have the power to create a community and call the shots and even make revenue yourself!

To lease old mplayer software like livve did would cost you millions "trust me that was my first go" I contacted Chris Early formally of Mplayer/GSA IN 2003-They wanted 1 million just to lease the software for the first year not including the other cost that came with it and NO GAMES!

Fpath software cost you a one time payment and then you just pay for a server or run this from a home pc for a few friends. A very cheap server with good bandwidth out of Canada http://www.millenniumdata.com/pub/PUB-DEFAULT.ASP?include=L1SERVER.asp only 29.00 a month with remote access if you pay 6 months in advance.

Fpath was created for the little guy and gal we understand it takes money to make a business grow but this software was set up so that you can afford to start your own place and rake in money for accounts, custom lobbies and rooms yourself. Thatxe2x80x99s what all this competition and slamming is about that comes from mplayerlivve.com users and staff.

They would like you to spend money with them and will do anything and say anything to make that happen.
Nothing is wrong with mplayerlive.com trying to do the same thing some of you are in my opinion we have plenty of room on the internet for all sites to exist and you should all check out and surf the sites including mplayerlive.com!

A new version of the Fpath software will be set for release in April that will give you the option to use many different types of databases "even sql" and new tools to hell the site grow.

You have a many places on the Internet to go and chat that have the same features.
Fpath offers these sites of customers that would love to see you stop by.
Here are just a few that wanted the urls released.
Paradise Online
Fplayer.com
docschat.com
AVpod.net
hobbychatlive.com
arrowheads1.com
quakeiicentral.com
and many more!!!!!!

I think this was the most responsible post about FPath yet. Let me say, Officially from MPlayerLive (not mplayerlivve) that I'm going to have to agree. The bashing has gone on long enough and far enough in my honest opinion. FPath and MPlayerLive are offering different services that have a few similar features. I think the feud started between the two services was started by a handful of users and it grew out of control.

Now currently Livve is down and it has created a vacuum for all services. I would like to extend a hand of neutrality to FPath and think each service's group should be on their merry way.

As for the charging, we're like what mplayer was like. We offer hosted lobbies for a price and we offer plus accounts for a price. These prices are quite low comparably to many services. Where some services charge $29.99/month, we charge $4. Where some services charge for packages, we charge for hosting. Our goal is that of rebuilding mplayer as mplayerlive, not as gamespy or livve.

As for the bickering, who knows maybe one day the two services will work together, but the rumors need to stop here. For our part we can lay to rest the following:

1. We did not purchase Livve or have any affiliation with them.
2. Our soul goal is to be like mplayer (from the 90's)
3. We purchased the OnlineInteraction's database and service ( well what was left of it).
4. We aren't sueing anyone and noone at this time is sueing us.
5. We believe in quality over release (hence the long private beta).
6. Our programmers and network administrators (We've got a couple now) are all certified and/or hold college degrees.
7. MPlayerLive is owned by 3 gentlemen, each from a different state, college degree, and background.

We care for OUR customers, not those who would belittle other services..etc. We've held the policy from the start that if you have something negative to say about anyone/service, we'd kick you, and we have. It's a sad job, but part of it when it comes to such services.

As I said before, this arguing ends here. Steve perhaps one day we can all work together on something whether it be a business or charitable cause (such as our donations during the Katrina Hurricane).

Thanks for letting us know what FPath's stance is on this whole mess.
