 I am an old gamer from Mplayer.com loved that place had so much fun there...Since 95 I was a beta tester ,wizard and a sage on usa then became the big-wiz on Mplayer-Europe ..until they shut down.
 Went to livve.com and became a 4Help Stan Pissed me off and i decided to create my own service.
 I had a programer from the ukrane create a very simular software that is now called Fplayer.com humm the name is very close to Mplayer huh? well the software was presented to CBS sports for the official fantasy football chat community and thats where the name comes from Fantasy player. anyway! if any of you would like to own your own custom community that you run we now have a site called Fpath going and you can buy a community from us with everything you need to startyour own Mplayer.com and/Livve.com we are the cheapest on the planet and you run both sides server and client. <a href="http://fpath.com" target="_blank">http://fpath.com</a> check it out! hey Marc.

 So im waiting to see this new Mplayerlive see how it is. I hope it blows Fplayer outta the water because no one is ever on it an the owners are always banning ppl for stupid reasons!!

 Fpath/Fplayer.com has a copyright from the year 2003 our licence number is 00010807- as you know the software was built through a Work for Hire company! The min the software build starts a copyright is created by the owner "payee". Even though you cant find the copyright with the united states copyright office online The software is owned and has a copyright by Steve Blevins.
 Steam is no different than querying from GSA servers .
 Go get a real programmer you might be able to open the doors insted of ripping everyone off with your endless beta test.

As for querying GSA servers, MPL have their own, and they have some clans that have signed up with them and requested that they allow their servers to be listed as well. Keep running two clients to play one game, MPL is going to be like MPlayer, you're not, get over it. Apples and Oranges....deal with it.

 Livve is reporting: 614
 SeeMePlayme (counted): 25
 GameSpy: Tons (Screw counting)
 FPlayer: 4
 Mplayerlive: 31
 
 If they #'s are accurate (which I counted all but Livve and GameSpy)
 then the #'s speak for themselves.

This software is for you to create your own chat community and run it from your PC or server!  It's obvious that they don't pad the numbers that much, or they don't fabricate the numbers at all. Either way, they are still ahead.
 
 It may be dead compared to Gamespy, but not compared to smpm/fplayer/mpl.

 FPlayer and some of its Reps had a falling out.
 Those Reps started OnlineInteractions.
 MPlayerLive was started by another person.
 OnlineInteractions Did Not equal MPlayerLive.
 MPlayerLive while beta testing brought in two former Reps of FPlayer who complained of FPlayer not getting the games going. Hence Online Interactions was born, however; it quickly died due to loss of one of the Reps(died) that FPlayer people keep mentioning. OnlineInteractions without owners was left sitting.
 
 MPlayerLive, being an newly registered s-corporation, picked up the OnlineInteractions user database, sagewizard programs, and promptly integrated them with their own service.
 
 What the owner of Fpath would like you to believe is the above. The truth is he's wrong. Furthermore as an S-corporation and his insistance on causing trouble for MPlayerLive, he's going to get himself in a whole lot of trouble. At this point, we are very seriously tempted to call the IRS on FPath and FPlayer as they currently hold no business or corporate license, and Smash is essentially evading taxes, not to mention he could be inviolation of U.S. Slander and libel laws.
 
 MPlayerLive is a new corporation watching a little guy struggle by attacking us, and quite frankly, we're not going to stand it. If this does go any further, we WILL take legal action. I suggest these MPlayerLive Vs. FPlayer and vice-versa arguments end here and end now.

I find it highly disturbing and unprofessional to allow a service to be managed and governed in this way.
 
 I found it highly offensive that the owner of this FPlayer got on the instant messaging platform built into the program to brag about the people he just banned and refer to them in a disgusting and immature manor to me and make fun of these people, highly immature and unprofessional. I believe people including myself are owed an apology for the stupidity and lack of taste involved in the reasoning behind the mass bannings as well as the methods used to scare other patrons of the service into submission. The lack of people theroff on the FPlayer service right now and in the last few months... speaks for itself.
 
 Just my two cents. I put in a fair amount of my time and effort into FP, including audio commercials and promotion only to be quietly slapped in the face by Smash and Flash. I believe that FP needs to not only improve it's software platform, but the staff of this place needs to consult into a business community course in order to learn the basics in running a community without the drama and false accusations. Mostly common sense and standing by a state of rules to allow the staff to operate within proper protical woudl allow fplayer to succeed in the future.

MPlayerLive picked up Online Interactions user base and migrated them over to MPL which had an on-going Beta program.
 
 As for your claim, FPlayer and Fpath can't be found in any business licenses record searches, which might I remind you is public information, available online. Because you own a pay-pal account doesn't mean you're a business. As for copyright, I yet again am unable to find your copyright license # on file.
