Hi

I am using Skystar2 under Fedora 6, and i am trying to tune a frequency using mplayer but i am keep getting this error :
Code:

#mplayer dvb://NBC
MPlayer 1.0rc1-4.1.1 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team

Can't init input joystick
mplayer: could not connect to socket

Failed to open LIRC support. You will not be able to use your remote control.

Playing dvb://NBC.
dvb_tune Freq: 11531000
Not able to lock to the signal on the given frequency, timeout: 30
dvb_tune, TUNING FAILED
ERROR, COULDN'T SET CHANNEL 0: Failed to open dvb://NBC.

Exiting... (End of file)

Also i am getting the same result using kaffeine (no lock)

Note: This frequency is working 100% on Windows XP(but i wait about 20 seconds to get the signal while i am tuning)

Do you guys have any idea?
is there a way to extend the timeout in mplayer?
